Have you ever thought of staying longer underwater but couldn’t due to the no decompression limit (NDL)? Have you ever felt tired after a dive? With Enriched Air, also known as nitrox to many, you can dive longer and still feel good to go for a repetitive dive!
With the new regulation set by PADI, you can get certified without the need to go into water at all! You simply read through your material, attend a quick review session, get hands-on on analysing the tank and you get certified! Your course will consist of the following modules:-
- 1 Knowledge Development Sessions
- 1 Practical Hands-On

Home Study Program
You can self study at your own convenience and pace with your personal copy of study materials provided during sign up. You will need to go through the home work before scheduling another date at Sunny Cove for the Instructor to go through them with you. Once you have clear any doubts with your Instructor, a short quiz and exam will be administered. Everything are in multiple choice questions (MCQ).
Class Lecture
Class lecture will be conducted by your Instructor during the timing specified above. Your Instructor will go through the entire study material with you and duration of each session is determined by your ability to understand the concept. At the end of the session, a short quiz and exam will be administered. Everything are all Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ).

Deep Diver Specialty course offers you the opportunity of a lifetime – going deep to see thing others can only dream about. You’ll learn deep dive planning, organization, procedures, techniques and hazards.
During this course, you will plan and excute dives to a maximum depth of 40m. This specialty is also one of the course requirements for the prestigious DSAT Tec Deep & DSAT Tec Rec programs. Your course will consist of the following modules:-

Before commencement of confined pool session, you will need to demonstrate swimming proficiency in the following areas:-
- 200m swim with any stroke
- 10mins float or threading water
Please take note that the swimming assessment is not a test but rather an evaluation of how confident you are in water. Do not worry if you are weak in swimming as you can opt for alternative methods to demonstrate swimming proficiency.
Your Instructor will go through the required basic skills with you and evaluate your performance. Once you have demonstrate competency in all your skills, you will be allowed to participate in the open water portion of your course.

Peak Performance Bouyancy

Do you always have this feeling that your bouyancy is not perfect? You can’t seem to stay still when you stop moving underwater, can’t control where you want to be and keep scratching yourself against corals.
Why not take up the PADI Peak Performance specialty which fine-tunes your bouyancy? You will be able to breathe more efficiently with better posture and efficient finning method. You will also be able to prevent damage to your dive equipment and most importantly prevent accidental cut to yourself. Your course will consist of the following modules:-

You can self study at your own convenience and pace with your personal copy of study materials provided during sign up. You will need to go through the home work before scheduling another date at Sunny Cove for the Instructor to go through them with you. Once you have clear any doubts with your Instructor, a short quiz and exam will be administered. Everything are in multiple choice questions (MCQ).
Class Lecture
Class lecture will be conducted by your Instructor during the timing specified above. Your Instructor will go through the entire study material with you and duration of each session is determined by your ability to understand the concept. Confined Pool Practise

Before commencement of confined pool session, you will need to demonstrate swimming proficiency in the following areas:-

- 10mins float or threading water
Please take note that the swimming assessment is not a test but rather an evaluation of how confident you are in water. Do not worry if you are weak in swimming as you can opt for alternative methods to demonstrate swimming proficiency.
Your Instructor will go through the required basic skills with you and evaluate your performance. Once you have demonstrate competency in all your skills, you will be allowed to participate in the open water portion of your course.

Night Diver

Night diving is not as scary as it seems! In fact, when you go night diving you’ll see a whole new world. Rest assure that your night diving experience will be as fun as diving in the day.

Listed below are three methods that you can complete your knowledge development module.
PADI eLearning [Register Here]
With PADI eLearning, you will be able to study at your own convenience and pace. Unlimited online access to an electronic version of PADI Open Water Diver manual will be provided and you will also be able to complete your quiz and exam entirely at home without the need to drop by Sunny Cove. Home Study Program
You can self study at your own convenience and pace with your personal copy of study materials provided during sign up. You will need to go through the home work before scheduling another date at Sunny Cove for the Instructor to go through them with you. Once you have clear any doubts with your Instructor, a short quiz and exam will be administered. Everything are in multiple choice questions (MCQ).
Class Lecture
Class lecture will be conducted by your Instructor during the timing specified above. Your Instructor will go through the entire study material with you and duration of each session is determined by your ability to understand the concept. At the end of the session, a short quiz and exam will be administered. Everything are all Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ).
Confined Pool Practise

Confined pool session are conducted at Outram Secondary School. Other sessions are available for only special arrangement and is subjected to availability of our Instructors.
Before commencement of confined pool session, you will need to demonstrate swimming proficiency in the following areas:-
- 200m swim with any stroke
- 10mins float or threading water
Please take note that the swimming assessment is not a test but rather an evaluation of how confident you are in water. Do not worry if you are weak in swimming as you can opt for alternative methods to demonstrate swimming proficiency.
Your Instructor will go through the required basic skills with you and evaluate your performance. Once you have demonstrate competency in all your skills, you will be allowed to participate in the open water portion of your course.

Please download the forms listed below. You will need to email us the ‘Diver Particulars Form’ back by clicking the submit button on top of the form. The other set of document must be submitted when you pick up the study material. Once we have receive your electronic registration form, our staff will contact you to arrange a date for you to pick up the study material.
